Your choir has a place in this message
Every choir carries a story.
A sound. A community. A way of listening. A reason to sing.
At Choral Fest Costa Rica for Peace, we welcome ensembles that want to share their music in a setting where performance is connected to purpose.
Here, choirs do not come to compete. They come to sing, listen, learn and connect with other voices from different parts of the world.
Before submitting your request
Before completing the form, we recommend that choir directors review the main festival information, including the program, costs and logistics.
This helps each ensemble make a calm and responsible decision about the trip.

This is not a competitive audition
Choral Fest Costa Rica for Peace is a non-competitive festival.
The participation request is not designed to rank choirs or select winners. It is part of an organized process that helps the festival team understand each ensemble and coordinate participation responsibly.
The purpose is to create an experience where choirs can share, grow and become part of a community that believes in music as a tool for connection and peace.
What makes this application meaningful?
For many directors, completing a form is a small administrative step.
But behind that step, something larger begins.
A choir starts imagining itself in another country. A group begins preparing a journey together. Families, singers and directors start seeing the possibility of music becoming a shared life experience.
That is why this application is more than a form. It is the beginning of a path.
Main festival or Sing with Purpose in Costa Rica?
Some choirs wish to participate in the official Choral Fest dates in June.
Other ensembles may not be able to travel during the official festival dates and may prefer a customized experience at another time of the year.
If your choir is interested in another date, you may also explore Sing with Purpose in Costa Rica, a personalized choral journey designed around your ensemble’s schedule, interests and goals.
Both paths share the same spirit: music, cultural exchange, community and peace through choral singing.
A message for choir directors
Leading a choir abroad is a responsibility.
You are not only planning concerts. You are caring for singers, families, expectations, logistics and the emotional meaning of the journey.
Choral Fest Costa Rica for Peace seeks to accompany directors with clarity, respect and purpose, so the group can focus on what matters most: singing, connecting and living an experience that strengthens the choir from within.
